Blank page after clicking on Tools & Settings

Hi,

I got this weird problem in my Plesk panel - when i click on Server Management -> Tools & Setting I get a blank page with this message "This file is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment." As far as I can tell everything else works just fine.
There is no useful information in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log or /opt/psa/admin/logs/httpsd_access_log. Turning display_errors on in /opt/psa/admin/etc/php.ini didnt help either.

Earlier today there were some problems creating new subscriptions with working file manager (also resulting in blank page though without text) but the latest microupdate fixed it. Im not sure if Tools & Settings problem is in any way related to the file manager problem.

Plesk: 10.4.4 Update #36 on Debian 6

Any ideas?

The first link is what I used to fix the new subscription problem yesterday but it didnt affect the issue I have now with Tools & Settings blank page.
And I already mentioned in my initial post that turning display_errors on also didnt do any good - no new errors came up in logfiles or in browser.

Any other ideas?
