• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,

I have upgraded to Plesk 9.5.4, and now I cannot access some of my panel pages (and some other problems).

I did turn on php error messages and this is the error reported "Fatal error: Class 'mail_Server_Features' not found in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.ServerMailForm.php on line 349"

Also some other problems sence upgraded are:
1. Strange titles in the icons on the panel (Example: "Ui__client/Domain/Mail/Mailname/Autoresponders/Autoresponder/Properties_new__wizard-title").
2. I have to manualy create the http.include files for a new domain when setup.

Any help would be great.

Thanks for your reply - is there anyway I can fix this? I have tried to do an upgrade to the same version agian however it didn't work.

Bump

Bump, any help anyone? What could I do next to fix this upgrade problem?

Re-run the RPMs with rpm -Uvh *.rpm --force in the directory the updater installed to and see if that helps.
