  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

We have a server at the Planet with Red Hat Enterprise + Plesk 7.5.

We got this message from the Planet:

"Your server has been listed on the DSBL blacklist, a blacklist that contains hosts known to have sent spam directly or via open proxies or relays. Please investigate, address the root cause, and update this ticket with your findings and action within 72 hours.

http://dsbl.org/listing?"

Authorization is required for relaying, so what can we do more? We have had "Authorization is required"set in Plesk from the beginning?

Please advice!

Thanks in advance,
Henrik

Your server is compromised or spammers are using your PHP scripts to relay the emails.

You should inspect logs, and find what is the reason of spam or your server will be shutdown from Planet...

Good luck.
