Blocking qmail from sending to a certain address

Basic Pleskian
Is that possible? I would like to know if there is a way to configure qmail to stop sending email to a certain email address. It is a remote address.

You can't patch PSA's qmail. But qmail-scanner and it's perscanner module would be your friends here..
