boot up message question

I am getting this when I reboot my server FC3 8.01

cannot open connection to http://127.0.0.1:2912
transport endpoint not connected
collector: no server available


Can anyone tell me what this means?

It seems I had the watchdog disabled in the control panel and got this message. Whoops :-\
