Bounced emails

We have an intermittent problem with the mailserver.

Several correspondents have reported their messages were bounced back with "Message Size Exceeds Maximum Allowed" even though it was only a 4k message.

The mailboxes are unlimited and are empty and the server has no IP blocking or spam filtering running.

Has anyone a solution to this?

Two things.

1. Mailenable hotfix from www.mailenable.com

2. All domains must have a postmaster email address. It appears plesk doesn't do this.
