Issue Bower conflit deleted all system

Today a installed http://bower.io/, for get a better experience html and css.

Proceed, like the website information, after the installation, a lost too much things, my server is completly down.

I got errors with plesk2 on ssh...

By now, if someone could help me, only to save my hosted websites files... cause was more then 6 months work.
