• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Branding the Web Presence Builder

jprochazka

New Pleskian
I am currently trying to brand the control panel

After following the instruction contained on the page found at http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...-customizing-panel-appearance-branding-guide/ I was only able to see changes to branding on one portion of the site.

The main control panel, https://www.domain.com:8443/, shows the changes I made to the theme however the billing system found at https://www.domain.com:8443/plesk-billing/admin/ and the site builder itself found at http://www.domain.com:8880/sitebuilder/Start still show the default images and such which were replaced. The only thing I have been able to change on these two panels is the top left hand logo which I had to change in the panel itself and not the theme.

I have of course cleared browser caches and such.

Any help getting the theme applied to these two panels would be greatly appreciated. This issue is currently holding us back from utilizing this product in production.

Hi jprochazka,

Can you tell me what kind of customization you would like to have for Web Presence Builder? There's not much to customize (mostly it's website topic selection screen and main editing panel), so solution depends on what you need. Thanks.

Was this post ever answered? If so what was the answer?
