Hello everyone,

we are currently reviewing our setup and would like to adjust the branding of the emails that the WordPress Toolkit sends to our customers (for example during installations, updates, or security notifications).

I have not found any option in the interface or documentation that explains how to change the sender name, footer, or general branding of these automated messages.

Is there a supported way to customize the email templates or branding for WordPress Toolkit notifications? If so, where can these settings be configured?

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

Those emails are part of the overall notifications available in Plesk. The sender name is taken from the Administrator contact name, which can be changed by login as the main administrator and click the "Edit profile" link when clicking the administrator name on the top right in Plesk.

Documentation on using a custom email template for notifications can be found here:

Hi Kaspar,

thanks for the explanation regarding the general Plesk notification templates.

However, my question is specifically about the WordPress Toolkit‑generated customer emails (installation/update/security notifications). These messages still include WebPros/Plesk branding in the footer, even when the global Plesk notification templates and sender information are customized.

This footer seems to be injected by WordPress Toolkit itself, not by the main Plesk notification system. Our customers frequently ask why they are receiving emails that appear to come from “WebPros”, which causes confusion and support overhead.

Is there any supported way to:

  • remove or override the WebPros footer,
  • fully white‑label the WordPress Toolkit email templates,
  • or replace the default branding with our own provider information?
If these templates are stored in a specific directory or generated via a particular component, could you point me to where they can be edited or overridden?

Thanks again for your help — I appreciate any guidance on achieving a fully provider‑branded experience.

I am puzzled, because to my knowledge WP toolkit isn't sending any notifications/emails outside of Plesk. As far as I awarevall WPT related notifications are send trough Plesk and can be managed via Tools & Settings > Notifications and should use the custom email template (if there is any).

Out of curiosity, can you post a screenshot of the such an email (removing any personal/sensitive information of course)? That would help get a better picture of what type of emails those might be.
