BUG: Migrating Panel Customers to Business Manager Plesk 11 Windows

BUG REPORT: When you move customers from Plesk Panel to the Business Manager (by clicking "Move to Business Manager") the customer's FIRST NAME and LAST NAME both end up in the FIRST NAME field in Business Manager, and nothing in the LAST NAME field.
