    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Logged as admin, I see that two mail addresses exceeded their hourly sending limits.
I click that blurb, it takes me to the list of email addresses (url: https://xxxxxx:8443/admin/outgoing-mail/general ) , and when I click on the title "attempts after exceeding the limit" to sort the list, I get thrown back to the main menu with the words "Warning: permission denied" on top..
 
Do you have something related and useful in /var/log/plesk/panel.log or /var/log/syslog ?
