BUG: Plesk Upgrade-Information 11.0.9 to 11.5

With the same settings, to get informations about a new release version, I get on the Server, thay has checked at the 17. June a Upgrade-Information and on the other machine, they checked later on the 20 June, I got not this information about a new Upgrade Version, why ?????

Server 1 - Version checked at the 17. June:

So I have read first 8 pages with much problems, but I cant find the answer! So how many pages I must read to get a correct answer?
Why You not give me a correct link with the page, where I can read it?

And when you have so much problems with the upgrade, why their is not a warning in front of the upgrade link in differented servers:
"click only when you are sure, that you have a complete server backup"?

its always a playing with Risk, when u update Plesk since Version 8.x
Sometimes the whole Domain wont work, sometimes "only" your Mailserver and so on. I dont make any Updates without a backup of my settings, and some configfiles are secured for overwriting from Plesk.
Also I wait with Updates a few Weeks, so most Problems are discussed and I can read what new surprises are awaiting ....
