• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
I have Plesk 11 and I just have installed a new shop with prestashop and get an error 500 when trying to access the main page and the admin area.

Any idea to solve it?

Try looking at the subscriptions error logs and post any relevant errors.

Subscription > Websites & Domains > Advanced Operations > Logs > error_log

The reason for the 500 error should be listed in that file.

EDIT: Google is also your friend! It may also be worth posting any errors in the PrestaShop forums as people over there are likely to know the software better!
