Question Build a VPN server with HETZNER

Hello, good morning.

I was wondering if anyone on the forum knows or could tell me how to set up a VPN on my HETZNER server. We have three Spanish websites that occasionally reject IPs cached by Cloudflare, where we have our DNS, on weekends. This is why people can't see us.

I tried browsing with a Google VPN on my phone, and everything works normally. The websites are visible.

I have no experience with setting up a VPN with HETZNER, so I'm asking for your help, or if anyone knows how to do it.

Because of how VPN technology works, you can't put your entire server in a VPN so that the sites work everywhere.

The Google VPN changes the IP address. Perhaps it's using IPv6 instead of IPv4 and this way the sites are accessible (that's just an example, can't tell what it is yet). What you should do is whitelist the Cloudflare IP addresses on the Spanish sites so this doesn't happen. Is there a reason you can't do that?
