Question Bulk Upload WP Plugins into Sets ?

Hello ; - ) ... is there a folder where I can bulk upload multiple plugins via FTP into a custom Set that then can be shared / allocated to other WP sites. i.e. a central repository that can be easily updated ? Something similar to MainWPs Favourites extension.
