button help don´t work

i have the next problem: when i click the help button whitt interface in spanish this display that the language of user guide is not available in the current interface but the language is installed in /htpdocs/doc/userguide/es_ES/

this only happen in userguide, but in adminguide the language work good.

if anybody know how to fix this problem please answer this post.
