Resolved C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe is not recognized

Hi

Since i upgraded to Plesk Obsidian Web Pro Edition (Version 18.0.20 Update #1) im getting an error when trying to run a scheduled task by using "Fetch a URL":

'"C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe"' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. (See attached)

I have checked the permission on the wp-content and it seems fine.
In the server logs im getting this (see attached)

Assistance would be appreciated

After further investigation i found the AV on the server moved the file into a VAULT!
