Question CageFS-skeleton data

I have two servers with Plesk 12.5 and CloudLinux 7. On first system directory /usr/share/cagefs-skeleton/ contains mostly empty subdirectories and all is about 144 MB.

On second installation the same directory contains all my databases and proc. It's about 40 GB. I wonder this is normal? If not how can I solve this problem? Can I safely rebuild cagefs skeleton?

I'm sorry to inform you, but "CageFS" is not part of Plesk or it's components, it's part of CloudLinux. Pls. consider to contact THEIR support, if you would like to get informations, suggestions and explanations:
