Calculating traffic through the file manager

Hi. all~ I am using plesk 12. 5 linux.

I found the following bug(?).

1. when I log-in customer account.

2. Upload a file via the file manager.

3. I had to recalculate the resource using the command utility.

but, In this case, the traffic is not counted.

Of course, traffic is calculated when I upload using filezilla.

If the my customers are using a file manager, I could not control the traffic.

How can I calculate the traffic through the file manager?

It is expected behavior that traffic is not counted when customer upload files via File Manager. You could provide your suggestion regarding traffic calculation here:
