Can I add tabs to the Plesk Control Panel?

I have a Media Temple DV server and I'm working on reselling some hosting. But I want there to be custom tabs and pages in the Plesk Control Panel. For example to the right of the Account tab I could add a tab that says System Status that links to a page where I'll update the system status.

Is that possible?

It is impossible. Parallels PHP code is encrypted and you can't modify it.
