:(: Can not add IPs or add new site due to no IPs

I have just done a clean install of Plesk 6.5 on Windows 2003 Web Edition.

However I cant install any IPs or use any IPs, the control panel showed error messages related to ifmng so a bit of exploring and it appears there is something fundamentally wrong with ifmng

This could/may be related to mySQL as I had to install the the plesk user myself since it was not automatically added.
