• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

can user delete data after suspending of Subscription?

because one our user overuse the disk space of hosting account so we suspend his Subscription. today he emails us that his disk space usage is not overuse. we checked the plesk and found that is correct. it's not overuse. after that we check our plesk notification email and found that the Subscription was overuse.

this happen many times with us. but we ignore it.

can someone face same issue? can user delete data after suspending of Subscription?

Yes, You can manage content of your subscription using Plesk File Manager after it is suspended. This is done specially to be able to resolve problems: sometimes there is some content generated or uploaded in your hosting space accidentally, and user should be able to remove this content. FTP access is blocked, so it is only possible using File Manager.
