Can we remove the /root/parallels directory which contains the upgrade backup files?
In my plesk it is consuming 2.6Gb of data.

Can we change somewhere the location of this temp folder?
As far as I know, it is hardcoded in Plesk autoinstaller.

Of course it's not a big issue, but /root is a directory which everybody takes backup, and there is no point in taking backups the hundreds of MB of temporary plesk files... Anyway.
I understand this point and I can only recommend removing this directory before backup.

What about ".autoinstaller", always in root? Can it be deleted too? thanks!
You can safely remove it too if you haven't any specific AI settings there.
