Cancel Spam Assassin Subscription ?

Hi there.
I have a CloudServer for my sites, and using Plesk Panel 11.5.30.
When I first hired this service, it included the SPAM ASSASSIN plugin for $7 a month to use it. But now, all my email accounts are setup through GMAIL, so this plugin is useless at the moment.
If I cancel this Spam Assassin plug-in subscription, would that affect the panel?... I mean, could the whole thing stop working?... I dont have any knowledge on these king of things.

Any thoughts are great appreciated ?
