  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.

cannot access anymore my web sites ...

kadoudal

Regular Pleskian
[CENTOS, Plesk 10.0.1]
we have already a ticket open w Plesk Support but no answer yet, so maybe I'll get some feedback and interesting clues in this forum :

we have sites hosted in England with the following IP addresses :
87.246.116.76 87.246.116.77

yesterday , after working in the Plesk admin console, I hit the restart server button (stupid idea) ... and the server shutdown (cold)
someone from our hosting company agent had to restart it ( I can view in the messages log , the shutdown at 6pm, and the restart around 8:00pm )
then
I restarted the psa console , and all services ( httpd, mysql, ... without any problem
we can access via ssh
BUT
now we are facing a BIG BIG issue :
we cannot access anymore the sites via http in any browser, neither the Plesk Console GUI, nada

what could be wrong ? where can I look for at first glance ?

thanks for your help .....

[SOLVED] it was a firewall issue ...

I am not a Centos guru , and I could not figure why Centos reboot would start a restrictive firewall ...

service iptables stop

and now everyone can access the sites !!!
