Cannot access my plesk desk!

Hi,
After a server restart i can not access my plesk desk at https://ipadress:8443

I have started the psa from the server with no errors. (~# /etc/init.d/psa start)

Also all the webpages connected to the pesk desk is down.

Please help me, its urgent!

Linux Server
