Resolved Cannot Access phpMyAdmin after Obsidian upgrade

Getting the following when trying to access any phpMyAdmin for any of my sites

wouldn't you be so kind to provide more details about your current plesk version/OS
also we need to know from what version you did upgrade (at least was it 17.8.x aka Onyx or something else ?)

I went from whatever version of Onyx was before Obsidian, I kept up with the updates whenever they came out.

Also server is running Ubuntu
