Issue Cannot activate domain

Hello,

I'm getting below mentioned error while activating one of my clients domain hosted with me. I can change the domain status to disable from suspend and vice-versa but cannot activate the domain.

Error: The domain or website cannot be activated because it was suspended by your hosting provider.

Checked few threads but was not helpful. Can someone help with this?

Are you admin of this Plesk? If not - contact your hosting provider.
