Cannot add ftp accounts

I set : additional ftp accounts unlimited ( can see : Additional FTP accounts 0 used of Unlimited )

but going into the permissions I cannot change : Additional FTP accounts management Off

how do I set it up to ON ???

[SOLVED] I should have read a little bit more the new subscriptions setup help....
10.0 requires to read new features before to ask silly questions... sorry

Of course... Subscription > Customize > Additional FTP Accounts ( # or Unlimited)
Then Subscriptions > select the subscription > Permissions > Show more permissions ( on the right )
