Cannot change user details after upgrade to 10.x

Hi,

i have found this KB, http://kb.parallels.com/en/112032 , for my problem. But i when i start the sql , mysql> select login,contactName,email from smb_users where email in (select email from smb_users group by email having count(email)>1);, i get this error:

bash: Syntaxfehler beim unerwarteten Wort `('

Should I start it normally via the bash??

Before running this SQL query you should login to Plesk database psa. You can do it with help of following KB article - http://kb.parallels.com/170
