Cannot Connect To MySQL

Dear All,

Trying to install Support Trio Software.

I either get Cannot Connect Check Username / Password....yada yada yada

Or I get Unable to Create Table ....Insert Table Name Here...

I can install Word Press from Plesk and it works so MySQL is working.

I have tried localhost, @localhost, and localhost:3306 nothing seems to work.

I have tried different database names, user names, and passwords (all that I have set up using different lengths).

Any help would be appreciated.
