Cannot create multiple admin users?

hi all,

I just notice that I am unable to create other "admin" users in Plesk 9. In Plesk 8.6, I can create other users that have the same priviledge like the admin user, but I am unable to do it on Plesk 9. Would you please advise?

I also face another problem. If I have a client account with username abc, how can I create another user which can login to this abc client account?
You know, sometime client wants more than 1 control panel access onto his account and again, I cannot do it.

I think to do the client account you would create a domain admin account, so that there is another login that can access only that specific domain.
