Cannot create physical hosting- "object ID is invalid"

I am planning on purchasing a plesk license as soon as I can get this thing working.

When I try to create physical hosting for a domain I get this error:

Error: Unable to update hosting preferences: hosting update is failed: object ID is invalid



It doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks for your help.
