Cannot create symlink (but can delete it)

After upgrade Parallels Plesk to version 11, our scripts are unable to create symlinks in one directory.
Strange is, that script can delete them. Any ideas, how to get symlinks back to work?

Are you getting any logs in error_logs files on your server ?

Nope, unfortunately there aren't any logs in any log files on the server.
