Cannot find the "Add IP Address" in IP Pool management page

I'm trying to add IP address for a client in the IP pool management page. But when I open IP Pool management page ,I cannot find any link to add the ip,also under tolls there is nothing,empty.

Any ideas?

Did you add desirable ip at Plesk > server > ip addresses page ?
