Cannot install Web Application - not suitable php version

ProWebS

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

when I try to install an application like wordpress to any domain I get the error:

"Your PHP version (4.4.7) is not suitable for the application"

the problem is that:
1.all the domains have php 5 with fastcgi setup at Web Hosting Settings
2.when I load a php file with <? phpinfo(); ?> in any domain I see PHP Version 5.2.13
3.PHP 5.2.13 appears in the Server Components of Plesk

So why do I get this error ? and how can I fix this bug ?

Thank you IgorG
but this article is for Linux and I'm on the windows plesk thread:

APPLIES TO:

Parallels Plesk Panel 10.x for Linux
Parallels Plesk Panel 9.x for Linux/Unix

Use attached file from article:

1. Take a backup of existing file ie move it to some other location (Example: Desktop). Note that the actual location of "class.SiteAppMetaDataReader.php" is C:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\SiteApps\class.SiteAppMetaDataReader.php

2. Download the attached file and place it in C:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\SiteApps.
