cannot log in to wordpress page error

whenever i click to login link in wordpress it shows error page not found!!!

Hello I just started creating a website. I installed a word press on my plesk 12.0.18 for windows (I have windows 7). When I'm trying to log in to word presss dashboard it popping out on screen: "Introduced information on this site will be sent through an unsecured connection, exposing them to read by others." I click continue and:
The connection has been reset.
I've been trying switching off antyvirus and firewall, doesn't work.

I've seen in some tutorial that guy click continue like me and it goes well.
Also sorry for my english that's not my first language.
