Cannot login to plesk!!

I was customizing the messages_en-US.php on my server when my system crashed and now the file is missing and so is Plesk login page. I made the stupid mistake of not backing up first thinking just a quick modification. Anyone know how i can regenerate the file? the location is {plesk path}/admin/plib/locales/en-US/messages_en-US.php.
Do i need to re-install Plesk to get it?

Have you tried to download the file from Plesk distributive at parallels.com\download?

It required to reinstall just one package:

ls /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/locales/en-US/messages_en-US.php
/usr/local/psa/admin/plib/locales/en-US/messages_en-US.php

# rpm -qf /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/locales/en-US/messages_en-US.php
psa-locale-base-en-US-9.0.1-09012214
