Resolved Cannot login to SOGo

I am unable to login to one of my email accounts in SOGo. The same address/password combo works fine if I use Roundcube, but I prefer the SOGo interface. Every other email address works with SOGo as well. There's not much information in the log other than this:

Jun 28 21:27:19 sogod [3342264]: SOGoRootPage Login from '127.0.0.1' for user '[email protected]' might not have worked - password policy: 65535  grace: -1  expire: -1  b>

I tried restarting SOGo and tried changing the password for that address as well. Any suggestions?

Hello, @Oldiesmann . This typically occurs due to misconfiguration of the SOGo extension. Could you please execute the following command to repair the config:

plesk ext sogo r
