Cannot login to Webmail!

I've logged into my Plask Admin Panel. I went to Domains>peelthaiboxing.co.uk>Mail>Add New Mail Name and entered a username password etc, and clicked 'OK'.

Now I go to http://webmail.peelthaiboxing.co.uk/ and enter that same username password, it doesn't let me in. It just keeps on prompting me for the username password. This is all I see: (Pic Attached)

... And yes! It IS the correct username password which I used to create the mail account.

So the question is; What am I missing? Or is this yet another bug? Your tech support setup my Webmail for me, but my 30 days free support has ran out. So I've finally got round to testing it, and it does not work... Typical.
