Cannot send email to the new created email address from some email address

Hi,

I already create email account [email protected] and when I test this email address,

when I send to this email address [email protected] from some email address, everything is file, send ok, receive ok.

But when I send to this email address [email protected] from other email address, the following error appear

"
550 <[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table
"

How to solve this strange problem?
