Cannot send email to the new created email address from some email address

Hi,

I already create email account john@travelfair.com.sg and when I test this email address,

when I send to this email address john@travelfair.com.sg from some email address, everything is file, send ok, receive ok.

But when I send to this email address john@travelfair.com.sg from other email address, the following error appear

"
550 <john@travelfair.com.sg>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table
"

How to solve this strange problem?

Hi John: seems like there is a Postfix mail server configured at the server, and a postfix virtual mailbox has been created. Here are some shortcuts to the related discussions:
