Cannot send out email

Hi Everyone,

I'm using the Parallels Plesk Panel v10.4.4_build1013120126.11 os_CentOS 5

Now the server cannot send out email both to
external domain, which I can find it at the queue, but it's did send out

and also the local hosting email, it shows '550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17)).

Anyone can advise how to fix it? thanks a lot!

Does this happen when you send to ANY domain, or just to gmail?

There's a chance that the problem is related to the DNS setup for mydomain.com

I don't understand about the local hosting email. If you mean when you send an email to a mailbox on the server and you get "sorry..." it means no mailbox for that domain has been created. Triple-check by going to /var/qmail/mailnames to make sure there's a directory for the mailbox you are trying to send to.
