  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Cannot update Atomicorp subscribed ruleset?

raytracy

Basic Pleskian
I have 5 hosts installed Atomicorp subscribed ruleset for about half year.
(Onyx 17.5.3#MU25 x4, Plesk 12.5.30#MU70 x1, all CentOS 7.4)

Few days ago, all of 5 hosts pop up the following message on panel indicate the ruleset cannot be download:

----------------
Error: Failed to update the ModSecurity rule set: modsecurity_ctl failed: gpg: key 4520AFA9: "Atomicorp (Atomicorp Official Signing Key) <[email protected]>" not changed
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg: unchanged: 1
gpg: Signature made Fri Aug 25 23:33:21 2017 CST using RSA key ID 4520AFA9
gpg: BAD signature from "Atomicorp (Atomicorp Official Signing Key) <[email protected]>"
Command '['gpg', '--homedir', '/var/lib/plesk/modsec/.gnupg', '--verify', '/tmp/tmp0WpgoG/aum.asc']' returned non-zero exit status 1
Unable to download atomic rule set

--------------

I have checked my atomicorp license still valid on atomicorp license portal.
How can I troubleshoot this issue?

BTW, I can switch to basic ruleset (free license) and download without problem.

I submitted a ticket to atomicorp, helpdesk did some process then ask me download it again, the problem has been solved after that ticket. (At least solved for my sites, but I cannot sure does any other site with same issues were solved too.)
