I cannot update modules for SB

I can not see any errors. Are you sure that modules are not updated? Try to check list of modules installed through Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder admin CP -> Server -> Modules.

Modules are shown ok in admin area. But some of them do not work properly as above.
There is command to upgrade all modules. Honestly this message do not tell me if modules have been upgraded or no.
As for templates or locales I see message "templates has been upgraded" etc
