Resolved Can't access remote FTPS

New Pleskian
Hello, I'm using plesk since an year now, and I'm migrating my VPS on a new server (from debian 8 with plesk 18.0.28 to debian 10 with plesk 18.0.35)

Migration worked great but I'm not able to set up my remote backup: this is the error I've:

> Error: Unable to access the storage: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: (28) Timeout was reached: Last FTP request: LIST Last FTP response: 200 Type set to A

I've already setup my FTP server to allow the new ip address, but still I've this error.
On the old server everything still working.

I've also tried with passive mode but didn't work.

Any suggestion?

Best,
Dario

The "unable to list directory" issue after a successful login is a typical symptom for blocked passive ports on the REMOTE server.
Have you configured the passive port range on the REMOTE server?

Thank you for the answer Peter.

I've able to make this works on the new VPS in passive mode after I opened the passive ports on my router (ftp server is on my NAS)

I'd be curious to know why the old VPS doesn't need the passive mode.

Have a nice day,
Dario
