Can't access to download Files

Hey, sorry for my bad english, but I need help!
I'm running on Plesk and I like to make *.ver and *.nup-Files accessable (to download by http).
What I have to do? Someone any Idea?
When I go the files location it says error 404, all the time.

Please help...
