Issue Can't access to website when wget is up and running.

Hey,

Can someone help me with this problem?
Yesterday I started a script that was inserting some data to databaze(+- for 1 hour).
And now I checked my email/facebook and see that, a lot of people emailed me that they couldn't have connect to websites(timeout).

So I have 2 website, and both was returning timeout.
When wget is stopped, everything is ok.

What to do?
