Can't access updater

CJZ

Basic Pleskian
I just went to try and see if there are any updates for Plesk and when I tried to open the updater from the Panel link, it can no longer load. What log file should I be looking at? I am currently running Panel 10.3.1 on Centos 5.

Also I am still having issues with changing my cutomer's PHP handler.

---------------------------------------------------------------
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
Plesk Panel 10.3.1 Centos 5 Linux 2.6.18-194.26.1.el5xen

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The current problem is that I cannot switch my customer's PHP handler even though I changed the one in the subscription and synced them. They were restored from my last 10.3.0 install and that install had some glitches in switching them since only a few were running how they should (CGI/FCGI).

Switching the PHP handler in the subscription for the customer and syncing

ACTUAL RESULT
the handler is not updated for the user and their site is running under the original handler

EXPECTED RESULT
should result in the website files being controled by the selected handler for PHP

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
--I have tried changing the setting and rebooting httpd then the server itself
--------------------------------------------------------------

Regarding updater make sure thatyou have not firewalled port 8447

Additional information:

After running /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller , it replies with "BUSY: Update operation was locked by another update process". I tried rebooting and the same issue occured.

If I reboot and run the autoinstaller from the command line, I can make it through the update process.

Also, I get package dependency problems when running "yum update". I only updated my software using Plesk's updater (apache wouldn't update). Is there a package that Plesk is installing that crashes the updater? (I would guess an issue with the PHP 5.3 install since many of the dependencies begin with PHP53-)

More information.

The following is everything when trying to run a 'yum update':

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.

This is a *BUMP* due to the fact that this is still an issue. It keeps coming back. After I run the autoinstaller script and do an update to Plesk, it will come back (access web based) but then it will stop working again with the same errors.

Everything has been updated through Plesk and controlled by Plesk.

I am having the same issues. I really need help with this.
