cant add dns record - service unavilable message

Hi , im running plesk 8.2 on windows server 2003 , i have been tryin to add a new DNS A record one of the hosted domains but whenever i try i get an error saying service unavailable or page can not be displayed , i dont have such a problems on version 7 running on other windows server, Can someone point me the reason and solution of this.

"Service unavailable" in Plesk actually means "There is some Plesk error but since this is Virtuozzo CP I would not show you any details".

To get real error message you will need to login via http port 8880 like http:domainname:8880

Or disable offline management. If you have access to Virtuozzo node.

After that - real error should be displayed.

nothing changed i have tried to port you mentioned but i still get the same error , also i wasnt able to disable the offline mode as i dont have an access . :S
