Hi,
I have the same problem since I have upgraded Plesk to 12.5, but only for one domain.
Sometimes it's loading very slowly (but not for everybody), and sometimes fails with 503 error service temporarly unavailable.
As described, I increased the FcgidMaxProcesses value to 500 and restarted Apache.
Also, I installed Nginx and PHP-FPM components :
But the problem is still there.
